• Made to Order: Every product is freshly prepared upon receiving your order. This approach guarantees that your pet enjoys treats at their peak of flavor and nutritional value.

• Dispatch Time: Due to our commitment to quality and freshness, our products will take up to 3 days to dispatch. This allows us to meticulously prepare and package your order with the utmost care.

• Dehydration Process: Our dehydration process is a key aspect of our product preparation. We dehydrate the wraps for at least 40 hours to ensure complete dehydration and optimal preservation. During the monsoon season, this process may extend up to 48 hours to account for the higher humidity, ensuring your treats remain perfectly dried and safe for your pets.

• Quality and Safety:  Our strict quality control measures ensure that each batch of treats meets our high standards of safety and nutrition.
